Good product, fast delivery

I ordered a portable water filter. It arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Worked well on my camping trip. No issues.

Decent gear, slow shipping

I bought a survival backpack and a small first aid kit. The quality of the items themselves seemed pretty good for the price. I liked the layout of the backpack. However, shipping took about a week longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but it still took 10 days to reach my home in Florida. Overall, a solid choice if you're not in a huge rush.

Reliable as always

This was my third order from Preppers Stockpile. I've bought emergency blankets and a trauma kit from them before, and this time I needed some heirloom seeds and more Mylar bags. They're consistently good. The items always arrive correctly, and the quality is what I expect. Shipping was on par with my previous experiences, around a week to get to me in Arizona. It's why I keep coming back when I need to restock or add to my supplies. No surprises, which is what you want with this kind of stuff.

Got my new solar generator

So, I finally pulled the trigger and got one of their solar generators. It seemed like a good deal. It got here pretty fast, like, five days to reach my place in Texas. Setup was easier than I thought it would be, which was a relief. Haven't had a chance to really test it out in an emergency yet, thankfully, but it charged up fine when I tried it. Feels sturdy, you know? Happy with it.

Love my new hand crank radio!

Just got my new hand crank radio from Preppers Stockpile and I'm so excited! It's super sturdy and works perfectly. The flashlight on it is really bright too. I got it for hurricane season and it feels like such a crucial piece of gear. It got to my house in South Carolina in just a few days, which was awesome. I'm definitely telling my brother about this site; he needs one too!

Hey, thinking about grabbing one of those bigger food kits, but I'm in Phoenix. Anyone know how long shipping usually takes to get to Arizona?

T Troy 1 month ago

Mine took about a week and a half to get to Tucson, so probably similar for Phoenix. Not super fast but not horrible.

Yeah, I think standard shipping is generally like 5-10 business days for most of the US. You can check your tracking once it ships too.

Anyone know if their 'survival seeds' are actually heirloom/non-GMO? Don't want to buy a bunch of Franken-seeds if things get hairy.

P Priya 2 months ago

Yeah, they usually specify heirloom seeds for the survival packs. Good quality, I've had decent luck with them.

Definitely heirloom, that's kinda the point for long-term prepping, so you can save seeds. They wouldn't sell hybrids for that use case.

What's the deal with returns here? If something shows up and it's not what I expected, is it a pain to send back?

L Laura Patel 2 months ago

I returned a solar charger that wasn't strong enough for my needs. It was pretty straightforward, just had to pay for return shipping.

D Derek 2 months ago

Nah, returns were easy for me. Just make sure it's unused and within their window, which I think is like 30 days.

Thinking of placing a big order for my group. Is there a way to get a bulk discount beyond just what's on sale?

J Julia 2 months ago

Sometimes they have automatic bulk discounts if you hit certain quantities. I'd check if there's a 'bundle and save' option or just add a bunch to your cart and see.

I think for really large orders you might be able to contact them, but for most stuff, it's just the advertised bulk deals or if you catch a big clearance.

Does Preppers Stockpile ship to Canada? I've been eyeing some of their water filters but live just over the border.

R Raj K. 1 month ago

Pretty sure they do, but you'll probably pay extra for shipping and customs. Might be worth checking their FAQ for specifics.

I thought I saw someone say they do, but it's not cheap. Might want to factor that into the cost.

Are these food kits actually good, like compared to Mountain House? Or is it more budget stuff?

R Rachel P. 2 months ago

I've had both, and honestly, some of the Preppers Stockpile stuff is just as good, especially their freeze-dried meals. They have variety.

B Ben 2 months ago

It's different. Mountain House is usually top-tier for taste, but PS has some solid options too, and often better bulk pricing for long-term storage.

Trying to use a first-time buyer discount code but it's not working with the sale price on a bug out bag. Am I doing something wrong?

R Renee B. 2 months ago

Oh, yeah, usually you can't stack discounts there. If there's already an automatic sale, the code probably won't apply.

S Sophie Walsh 2 months ago

Nah, most online stores are like that. It's either the sale price or the coupon, pick the better one.
